Lead regional beauty operations from Toronto with coaching and makeup artistry expertise. Shape sales growth and customer experiences across Shoppers Drug Mart stores.
This temporary, full-time contract role runs approximately eight months and reports to Operations Vice Presidents. You will oversee the beauty business across a region, collaborating with stores, corporate teams, and vendors. The work emphasizes sales development, customer experience, business building, eventing, and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales performance and identify beauty business gaps
- Coach Beauty Managers and teams on selling skills
- Support corporate programs, standards, events, and promotions
- Perform business reviews covering sales and customer experience
- Liaise with stores, internal units, and external vendors
Requirements:
- More than five and up to seven years’ retail or marketing experience
- Post-secondary marketing, business, makeup artistry, or esthetics education
- Coaching and makeup artistry skills
- Advanced beauty, fashion, and business growth understanding
- Clear communication, judgment, influence, and adaptability
