Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function and invoice processing
• Develop team of Accounts Payable Specialists with coaching
• Strengthen controls across purchase orders and payments
• Resolve payment discrepancies and improve processes
• Support audits and financial reporting as required
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or financial operations
• Proven leadership experience in accounting teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite
• Knowledge of financial controls and compliance regulations
• Strong analytical and communication skills Utilize your expertise to improve Fullscript’s financial operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
