Current RPN or LPN registration in good standing with the applicable provincial licensing body. Valid CPR certification. Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Additional required documentation upon hiring: A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening. Proof of being free from TB. Two supervisory references. New hires may be required to provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID‑19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu, etc., depending on provincial regulations and position specifics. Medical exemptions or any based on Human Rights Code criteria will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Primary Location: ON‑Cornwall.
