Ensure vehicle maintenance follows established standards and policies Establish Fleet service standards, policies, and procedures Plan vehicle replacement and operational expenditures Ensure Fleet safety, availability, and reliability Present fleet service performance indicators to management Requirements:
College, technical diploma, or licensed HET mechanic Ten years with heavy duty transportation equipment Ten years managing regional or national fleets exceeding 1,000 assets Strong analytical skills evaluating maintenance policy and strategy Clean driver abstract and occasional travel availability Apply fleet leadership, maintenance analytics, and safety expertise to optimize Purolator’s vehicles, garages, assets, and operational performance.
