Own technical SEO remotely for Blacksmith Agency, guiding crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture across client accounts.
As an SEO Strategist, you lead search for B2B and growing-brand clients at an AI-first digital agency. You set keyword strategy, optimize pages, prioritize content, and explain ranking changes. Paid media remains a separate seat, keeping your focus on search strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build technical roadmaps covering crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword strategy and on-page optimization priorities
- Coordinate content priorities with writers and AI
- Report through GA4 and Search Console
- Create quarterly roadmaps for each client
Requirements:
- At least three years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and making SEO fixes
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
