This hybrid role requires working at least three days per week in the office. Responsibilities Have a minimum of 12‑15 years of relevant work experience in Executive Compensation within a consulting firm or large corporate environment. Provide consulting services on broader Human Capital issues and/or market trends. Recognize and identify business development/sales opportunities. Interact with and advise board level and C‑suite executives on a regular basis. Oversee and be accountable for all deliverables created by the client team. Design short‑term and long‑term incentive programs that reinforce the clients' strategic objectives. Develop executive compensation strategies, philosophies and programs that address clients’ attraction and retention needs. Act as a lead consultant (1st chair) for numerous Compensation Committees (either management or board side). Qualifications BA/BS degree. Experience consulting on Executive Compensation.
