Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Reports To: IT Manager

Under the supervision and direction of the Information Technology (IT) manager, the IT Support Analyst is responsible for assisting with maintaining daily operations of the IT environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provides desktop support for users both onsite and remotely;
• Performs IT equipment provisioning and user onboarding;
• Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra user administration;
• O365 Exchange user administration;
• Troubleshooting various network and VPN issues;
• Works with other departments and vendors on IT related projects; and
• Completes other relevant duties and projects as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Two or four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• 3 – 5 years of proven working experience in the IT industry.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra.
• Knowledge of structured cabling.
• Problem solving and root-cause determination skills.
• Knowledge of internet protocol and networking principles.
• Knowledge of managed switches and UTM Firewalls.
• Must have a valid drivers’ license.
• Must be flexible to work remotely and travel to location as required.
• Must be flexible to take afterhours calls.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team.

What Will Help You Succeed:
We are looking for individuals with a hardworking attitude. Individuals must be self-motivated and adaptable to change. Other things that will help you succeed in this role include:

• Experience with VMware virtual infrastructure;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud computing;
• Experience with the installation, troubleshooting and servicing of camera security systems;
• Experience with installation, troubleshooting and servicing network cabling; and
• Experience with HMI/PLC production automation.
