Java Backend Developer (Java) – TypeScript and Node.js – Montreal, QC – Hybrid Responsibilities 5+ years of professional experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including its advanced features and type system. Hands‑on experience with Node.js and associated frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS). Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event‑driven). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including its advanced features and type system. Hands‑on experience with Node.js and associated frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
