Mine Finance Manager Mining Operation | Canada We are supporting a producing mining operation in Canada with the appointment of a Mine Finance Manager to join the site leadership team. This is a site based role reporting into the General Manager, with close interaction across Operations and corporate finance. The role is focused on cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis to support operational decision making during a period of stabilisation and improvement. The operation is producing and has strong leadership in place. This role offers the opportunity to be embedded on site, working closely with operational leaders to improve cost visibility, discipline, and forecasting accuracy. Key responsibilities and requirements Site based Mine Finance Manager role at a producing mining operation Accounting degree or equivalent required Ownership of site budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis Robust variance analysis and cost control capability Ability to partner effectively with non-finance leaders Practical, hands‑on approach rather than head‑office reporting focus Must already have the right to work in Canada (no sponsorship available) Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Finance and Accounting/Auditing Industry Mining #J-18808-Ljbffr
