Terms and Conditions Terms and conditions pursuant to the Collective Agreement between the Cranbrook and Fernie Teachers' Association and School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay). Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification. Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting. Job Summary Yoga & English Teacher - Grades 10-12 1.0 FTE temporary contract, starting January 27, 2026 or upon completion of the posting process to June 25, 2026, or return of the incumbent. Must have certification as a Yoga Instructor. Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in English at the Secondary level. This position is scheduled for 2 semester blocks of Yoga, 1 semester block of English First Peoples 12 and 1 linear block of English 10. Please note that all work will be on site. Please note: Continuing teachers will need to vacate their continuing assignment in order to accept a temporary assignment, unless the FTE is greater in the temporary job posting.
