With over 6,500 staff in more than 50 countries, we help clients streamline and manage their global mobility programs cost‑efficiently and compliantly.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll create and doInitiate and create client recordsAssemble client provided informationReach out to practice staff as requiredSend electronic copies of finalized tax returns to clientsFile Canadian and US Tax returnsScan, mail and courier documents to clients and tax authoritiesQualificationsInterest in upskilling for a digital world and openness to learning new toolsCommitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse peopleCommitment to providing high quality work and maintaining timelinesStrong grasp of technology, including MS Office and Google SuitePrior office administration, data entry and/or customer service experience an assetEffective written and verbal communication skills, able to manage client expectationsAbility to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of workFlexible work schedule – services across all Canadian time zones and overtime requiredAdditional InformationThis is a 3–6 month full‑time contract opportunity, starting from Jan 2026 with the possibility of extension.
