Key Responsibilities
• Operate the front desk with professionalism
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in reception and common areas
• Assist and guide visitors throughout the facility
• Address emergency response system alerts immediately

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills; empathy required
• Experience in healthcare cleaning and reception preferred
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High organizational skills and attention to detail
