Make a difference as a Grants Associate with World Education Services (WES) in a remote setting across Canada. This role centers on grant administration and data analysis to empower communities.
As a vital member of the Philanthropy & Community Department, you will coordinate all aspects of grant management. Your responsibilities include tracking grants, supporting funding seekers, and improving administrative processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement equitable grantmaking practices and ensure accurate documentation for all granting activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate administration of grants throughout the lifecycle
• Manage award processes and support funding applicants
• Analyze data to inform funding decisions
• Support special fundraising projects and tracking outcomes
• Provide excellent customer service to grantee partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of administrative coordination experience
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral forms
