Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. Close transactions in EZMax, Broker Wolf and TRX simultaneously Determine if transaction is eligible for eXpress Pay and add to funding sheet when applicable Confirm Agent and Team splits Keep productivity tab up to date with current status of transactions in your name Ensure proper documentation is received prior to closing transaction Ensure dates are correct in all platforms prior to closing Ensure ends are allocated properly in EZMax and Broker Wolf prior to closing Communicate with Agents & Transactions Department with current status of deals after closing date Attend meetings when required Other accountabilities as assigned How you will grab our attention: High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience 1–2 years experience Clear understanding of EZMax Expert knowledge of Agent ICA and Team Contract Agile/flexible attitude Strong attention to detail required Excellent customer service abilities: written and verbal communication must be superb Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Team player – able to complete individual tasks as well as work on a team to accomplish a goal Experience in the real‑estate industry strongly preferred Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience in coordinating events and group activities Conflict resolution and active listening: ability to assess a customer’s need or concerns and deliver solutions using critical and creative thinking Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus Remote work experience required Dedicated home‑office/work space Advanced Trello experience preferred Aptitude for using online platforms and software to work remotely Experience with Zmax, Broker Wolf, Skyslope and TRX Bilingual (English/French) If you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply What eXp Realty Provides: Employer paid Medical coverage, as well as Dental & Vision benefits Company supplied equipment (laptop, monitor, headset) RRSP with up to a 4% match Stock option grant Fully remote environment Amazing company culture EEO Statement: We believe strongly in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
