Nurse Practitioner – REACH Urgent & Primary Care Centre Join to apply for the Nurse Practitioner – REACH Urgent & Primary Care Centre role at Vancouver Division of Family Practice. Responsibilities Work in a collaborative interdisciplinary team with physicians, nurses, social workers, counselling, dental, pharmacy, health promotion professionals and more. Provide responsive, patient‑centered, holistic urgent and primary care for patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds with a wide range of health needs. Qualifications Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). 1 or more years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
