Key Responsibilities
• Provide emotional support and behavioral guidance
• Plan and accompany youth on fun outings
• Administer medications effectively and document accurately
• Collaborate with a care team to create care plans
• Maintain a safe, stable environment for youth
Requirements:
• Diploma in a social service field or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years working with at-risk youth
• Understanding of Trauma Informed Care principles
• Class 7N BC Driver's License
• Must pass Ministry screening and checks Elevate the lives of youth with your skills and compassion at IDM Youth Services.
