Opportunity As a Financial Analyst, you will support corporate functions with planning, reporting, and analysis activities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial insights that drive informed decision‑making and strategic planning for corporate services. What You’ll Do Financial Planning Oversee the financial planning process for OMA and project‑related expenses, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Develop models to support scenario analysis, forecasting, and long‑term planning. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial forecasts with operational goals and identify risks and opportunities. Financial Analysis Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and dashboards to senior management and business partners. Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing explanations for variances against budget and forecast. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and corporate policies. Stakeholder Management Provide financial guidance to non‑financial stakeholders, translating financial information into actionable insights. Process Improvement & Best Practices Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting tools, and systems to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Lead adherence to financial policies and internal controls within the team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CPA designation preferred). Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial systems and reporting tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for various audiences. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
