MLM’s fast growing portfolio is comprised of 21 locations throughout the Lake Simcoe, Owen Sound, Georgian Bay and Muskoka Regions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Boat Cleaner / Detailer to join our team. This is a full-time, seasonal position with an immediate start, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Clean and detail the interior and exterior of various types of boats. Perform regular exterior washes. Remove stains, mold, and mildew using appropriate products. Clean decks, upholstery, windows, and compartments. Use proper cleaning tools, supplies, and safety equipment. Assist with removing shrink wrap from boats. Support our technicians by ensuring boats are spotless after service. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working in the sun. Comfortable working around boats, marinas, and water. Prior boat cleaning or detailing experience is an asset, but not required. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
