Senior Business Analyst to create a business requirements document for a federal government program

Our valued public sector client requires a Senior Business Analyst to create a business requirements document for a federal government program.
Tasks:
- Work with various client subject matter experts to identify and document business and system requirements
- Elicit requirements from business partners and document those requirements in a way that a technical team can then implement
- Attend work shops to elicit requirements, document requirements, identify priority and assist in estimating tasks
- Attend working group sessions and document and create minutes related to potential IT requirements
- Verify delivered technical systems meet the documented requirements
- Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
- Participate in SCRUM activities in an agile development team
- Creation of process and information flow documents
- Completion of project related documentation which could include the following:
- Charter, lessons learned, risk issues, business requirements document, Information management requirements, project closeout docs, benefits realization report, other project gating documents
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of experience working for the Federal Government
- 5+ years of experience building BRDs as a Business Analyst
