Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers by phone or email about overdue payments
- Maintain detailed customer communication records
- Monitor aging reports and act on problem accounts
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing disputes
- Investigate discrepancies and prepare collection-related reports
Requirements:
- Previous collections experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Effective customer service and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
