In this senior role, you will manage a team, streamline account operations, and enhance client relationships. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff performance evaluations and collaborating with the Director of Commercial Lines to optimize workflow. Leveraging your commercial insurance expertise, you'll ensure high standards of service and continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with HR to develop skilled staff • Oversee vacation tracking and performance evaluations • Liaise with teams on account management and operations • Review monthly reports on account renewals • Conduct process and needs assessments for improvement
Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in commercial insurance • RIBO license or equivalent based on location • Proven ability to handle performance evaluations • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Familiarity with EPIC broker system is an asset
