In this full-time contract role, reporting to the Academic Program Manager, you will coordinate community engagement efforts within the Virtual Community of Care. Your responsibilities will include assisting registrants, moderating online interactions, and developing partnerships with healthcare employers to create opportunities in Northern and rural areas. Your work will help build a digital support network enhancing healthcare employment.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate directly with registrants for timely support
• Guide registrants to virtual resources and opportunities
• Moderate daily interactions within the online community
• Develop relationships with healthcare employers and stakeholders
• Implement strategies to boost registrant engagement
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of community engagement experience
• Familiarity with healthcare recruitment strategies
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Leverage your skills in community coordination and healthcare to support professionals in rural Ontario. #J-18808-Ljbffr
