Senior Financial Analyst, Finance – Toronto, ON CBI Health, Canada’s leading community healthcare provider, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the AVP of Finance and support the Director of Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. The role focuses on month‑end close, financial analysis, rolling forecasts, budgeting, and translating financial performance into operational priorities for clinics across the country. What You’ll Do Establish strong relationships with Regional Leaders and the Director of Acquisitions to become a trusted advisor. Collaborate with corporate leaders and the AVP of Finance on Corporate Cost Centre reporting. Improve current financial reporting, scorecards, and operational performance with the FP&A team and Operations. Measure clinic performance against budgets, forecasts, and operational targets. Deliver concise, timely reporting on weekly or monthly basis to executive leadership. Prepare annual clinic budgets for acquisitions and periodic forecasts for the region. Develop and present business cases for capital or labour investment. Leverage data analytics to identify new EBITDA growth opportunities (pricing, occupancy, utilization, service delivery models). Champion process changes to meet strategic objectives and targets. Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to executive leadership. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous improvement projects. Ensure SLA and productivity targets are consistently met and exceeded. What You Need 2–4 years of FP&A, reporting, and KPI development experience in complex operating environments. Intellectually curious with an ability to adapt to unique acquisitions. Experience leading and managing forecasting, budgeting, planning, management reporting, and financial analysis activities. Degree in Business or related finance experience. CPA designation or enrolled CPA students are preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. What CBI Health Offers Training and mentoring from a national network of experts.
