Position Fragrance Consultant at Parfum Exquis Location Toronto, ON (In person) Job Type Full-time Permanent Salary Up to $70,000.00 per year Job Summary We are looking for a Fragrance Consultant to help clients choose perfumes, support daily store operations, and contribute to our social media content. Duties Assist customers in selecting fragrances and related beauty products based on their preferences and needs Conduct product demonstrations to showcase fragrance features and benefits Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cashiering duties Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable items Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization Social media posting (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) Engage in effective communication with customers, utilizing multilingual or bilingual skills if applicable Ensure excellent customer service by listening actively and addressing questions or concerns promptly Requirements Previous retail sales experience, especially in luxury segment or fragrance industry, is a must Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with product demos and merchandising techniques Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment Customer service‑oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed Strong sales skills with an emphasis on upselling and cross‑selling products Good organizational skills to maintain tidy displays and stock levels Benefits & Extras Join our team as a Fragrance Consultant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while showcasing your passion for beauty products.
