The Product Management team partners with global industry leaders to deliver innovative planning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

As part of the Demand & Inventory Product Management team, you will help shape the next generation of demand planning capabilities, including forecasting, demand sensing, scenario planning, and AI- enabled decision support. The team is focused on building the best demand planning that can respond to market volatility, and make better planning decisions across increasingly complex global supply chains.

About The Role

The Senior Product Manager, Demand Planning is responsible for defining and delivering customer- facing demand planning capabilities across the Kinaxis product portfolio. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will partner with customers, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Go-to- Market teams to develop solutions that help organizations anticipate demand, improve forecast accuracy, and respond effectively to change.

This role owns a strategic area of the Demand Planning roadmap, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable customer value. As an individual contributor, you will lead through influence, driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams while helping shape the future of demand planning at Kinaxis.

What you will do

  • Own and drive a strategic area of the Demand Planning product roadmap, prioritizing investments that address customer and market needs.
  • Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to understand evolving demand planning challenges and translate insights into product strategy and requirements.
  • Lead product discovery, prioritization, and execution in collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, and UX teams to deliver scalable, market-leading solutions.
  • Shape capabilities related to demand forecasting, demand sensing, scenario planning, and AI- enabled decision support.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights and customer feedback to continuously improve product value and adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for demand planning, influencing product direction and representing the voice of the customer across the organization.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes effectively across technical and non-technical audiences while driving alignment on key decisions and trade-offs.
