ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services, partnering with Moose Cree group of companies, is hiring Bakers for large-volume production. You will follow standardized recipes, coordinate preparation, and provide timely service. The work includes operating ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment while maintaining food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare varied baked goods according to standardized recipes
- Coordinate large-volume baking production and timely service
- Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare baking ingredients
- Operate ovens, stoves, mixers, and related equipment
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
Requirements:
- Professional remote camp or commercial baking experience
- Knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations
- Required food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Basic math and counting skills
- Successful pre-employment D&A test and criminal background check
