Duties and responsibilitiesEnsures that all tests are conducted and documented according to the standards agreed upon by thebusiness unit and IT.Responsible for ensuring that all documentation accurately reflects the status of changes andoutstanding issues so that business requirements reflect application features and functions.Ensures that IT programs/initiatives are consistently implemented and managed from an ITGC, TCO& Sustainability perspective.Manages specific application quality assurance and help desk activities including the tracking of bugreports and change requests and ensuring their timely resolution.Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked throughthe change management software.Responsible for the overall success of testing, including results verification and acquiring the relevantrelease sign-off.Establishes the purpose and deliverables of the test effort.Ensures continuing operational quality by documenting bug fixes and enhancements.Participates in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems assist in determiningthe project scope.Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problemsand needs.The Business analyst documents the functional and verifies technical design of the system inconjunction with a developer or system specialist.Qualifications and experienceDegree in Information Technology / BCom / BSc.Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience within the relevant business function or informationtechnology environment.ERP Applications with specific reference to Finance, Cost & Management Accounting andProfitability Analysis.Demonstrated success in managing projects relating to superior performance and ContinuousBusiness Improvement.Valid Code E drivers' license.Relevant systems Exposure or certification for ERP system.Relevant systems exposure Best of breed systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
