Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategy for dealer services across Canada
• Drive adoption and growth of existing services
• Define service offers, including scope and pricing
• Translate dealership needs into actionable priorities
• Monitor key performance indicators and service quality
Requirements:
• 7+ years in dealership operations or dealer-facing roles
• Proven track record in launching dealer services
• Strong understanding of dealership economics
• Experience with CRM and DMS tools
• Bilingual: French and English Drive impact in automotive retail and elevate dealer performance at Cars Commerce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
