The Role We’re hiring a B2B Recruitment Sales Manager to lead our outbound callers and personally close the employer appointments they generate. You will manage a team, track KPIs, run the sales pipeline through our CRM, follow up on completed meetings, and convert leads into new client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who loves both leading a team and being hands‑on in closing deals. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B outbound callers. Oversee KPIs: call volume, employer contacts, appointments booked, and team performance. Take ownership of closing employer appointments generated by your team. Follow up with all completed meetings and move leads through the CRM sales pipeline. Maintain accurate tracking of stages, conversion rates, and next-steps within the CRM. Enhance scripts, objection handling, and outreach workflows. Run daily huddles, weekly KPI reviews, and monthly performance evaluations. Work with leadership to target industries and refine acquisition strategies. Build a high-performance, results-driven sales culture. Who You Are 3+ years of B2B sales, inside sales, or call‑centre leadership experience. Proven ability to close deals and manage a pipeline. Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills. Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking. Highly organized, analytical, and metrics-driven. Thrives in a fast‑paced, target-heavy environment.
