Trainee, Insurance Advisor

Job Overview We’re searching for a Trainee – Insurance Advisor at our Sunnycrest Mall location in Gibsons, BC. This role will give you the chance to learn to promote and educate clients on insurance products, anticipate client needs and complete various insurance transactions. Compensation The hourly rate is $22.75 on a 35‑hour work week. After obtaining the Level 1 Insurance license, the rate increases. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months of hire. Training & Support Westland covers licensing costs. Training plan provides full support during the six‑week training period and beyond. Financial support to obtain Level 1 license. Responsibilities Answer client questions at the front line and communicate product benefits. Learn to conduct interviews while gathering accurate data. Turn client concerns into opportunities.
