Located in the heart of Mississauga and only a short distance from a number of hospitals in Mississauga, we are currently home to a number of well established and up and coming Orthopedic surgeons as well as other professionals.We have been in operation for over seven years and are continually expanding our diverse team to meet the ongoing demand of our patients. We are looking for a Sports Medicine Doctor to work with our Orthopedic Surgeons, Rheumatologist, Orthotist, Physio, Athletic and Massage Therapists.Qualifications:Medical degree (MD).SEM fellowship trained and Diploma preferred.License to practice in & In good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.Responsibilities:Conduct consultations and provide non-surgical treatment options for MSK injuries, including bracing & service referrals, medical injections and coordinate efforts with other physicians.Collaborate with allied health care specialists to develop personalizedtreatment plans using the best evidence of innovative medical care practices.Oversee and administer musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided international therapies injections (including hyaluronic acid preparations).What We Can Offer:Competitive payment structure with additional fee for service opportunities.Reliable administrative staff.Large referral base from Orthopaedic surgeons and local primary care physicians.State of the art integrated EMR .Access to Extended Health and Cell Phone plan.The incoming should be someone comfortable working with multiple disciplines.
