Key Responsibilities
• Host monthly coaching calls to assist customers
• Conduct 1:1 support to enhance retention
• Engage with inbound sales inquiries and promote sign-ups
• Create tailored nutrition plans for clients during calls
• Resolve That Clean Life-specific customer escalations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of nutrition experience and education
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of BI Analytics tools is preferred
• Background in sales, marketing, or customer success
