Rodeo FX is hiring a VFX Production Assistant IO to support production and manage the secure movement, ingestion, quality control and delivery of media assets.
- Location: Montréal, Québec, Canada

What you will do
- Ingest and transfer plates, references, versions and client materials while following naming and folder standards.
- Run quality checks, create playlists and prepare uploads for reviews, deliveries and project closeout.
- Coordinate with production, imaging, vendors, TD developers, IT and render-management teams on IO issues.
What the studio is looking for
- Administrative experience, excellent organization and a high level of accuracy.
- Understanding of VFX or editorial processes is an asset, as are ShotGrid and IO workflow experience.
- G Suite knowledge; familiarity with Linux commands and data-transfer workflows is beneficial.
