Join Hall Constructors as a Corporate Accountant Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Corporate Accountant will support accounting functions across the Hall Group of Companies, with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset reconciliations, equipment reporting and monthly financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Core Responsibilities: Perform Month End reconciliations for multiple Hall Group of Companies. Manage Accounts Receivable billings and collections across business units. Maintain the capital equipment schedule and post any related entries Support the Equipment team with lease documentations and month-end equipment cost allocations. Manage Accounts Payables processing, reconcile monthly credit card statements and remittance of GST/PST. Assist with monthly reporting, audit preparation, and administrative support as needed. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated work ethic and team collaboration. Strong problem-solving ability; proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Excellent time management and responsiveness. Highly detail-oriented and analytical. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred. Experience in the construction industry would be an asset.
