Qualifications A+ Certification with the ability to work on PC computers Current and applicable Apple Certification (ACMT, ACiT), familiarity with Apple Service Metrics (PSP, CSAT, ACSE) and proven user experience in MacOS Operating Systems All applicants regardless of prior experience will be considered.
