Manage fast food staff, service times, inventory, and customer service as an A&W Restaurant Manager supporting daily restaurant performance.
A&W seeks an experienced leader who enjoys guiding a diverse local team and working alongside employees. This Restaurant Manager position includes hiring, retaining, and terminating employees, assisting with inventory management, and supporting restaurant targets. You will coach staff to represent the A&W brand through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, retain, and terminate restaurant employees
- Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Spend shifts supporting employees on the floor
- Assist with inventory management activities
- Handle daily fast food restaurant operations
Requirements:
- One year or more restaurant management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great social skills for interacting with people
- Leadership and team-player qualities
- Access to reliable transportation
