Overview Join Air Liquide Healthcare as the Manager, National Strategic Partnerships in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will lead and grow relationships with private insurance companies and public funding agencies, while promoting the innovative patient‑centered solutions that Air Liquide provides across Canada. Responsibilities Oversee and enhance business relationships with private insurance companies and provincial/national public funding agencies. Engage large corporations—manufacturing, transportation, oil & gas, and other industry sectors—to establish strategic framework agreements for Air Liquide services. Identify and prioritize key accounts (insurance companies, large public agencies, national health authorities, and industry associations), develop tailored account strategies, and drive revenue growth. Formulate compelling business cases and deliver persuasive proposals tailored to prospective partners. Serve as primary liaison for major insurance providers, ensuring timely and effective responses to their needs and resolving issues. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product development, regional leadership) to align strategies, policies, and objectives with partner expectations. Advocate for policies and initiatives that support business expansion, including lobbying, engagement with legislators, and public‑sector influencers. Collaborate with regional teams to identify business opportunities, monitor account performance, and implement growth initiatives. Represent Air Liquide at conferences and trade shows, enhancing exposure and networking with stakeholders. Maintain awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategy and support internal product development. Compile and deliver comprehensive reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to senior management. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales within the healthcare sector. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Sales, or a related field. Proven success in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including key trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret data to drive decision‑making. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
