Key Responsibilities
• Communicate regularly with customers for timely invoice collections
• Manage accounts receivable aging reports for overdue accounts
• Resolve billing discrepancies professionally and efficiently
• Record daily cash receipts accurately against invoices
• Generate monthly AR reports highlighting key customer metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related roles
• Strong understanding of AR processes and principles
• Proficiency in Jonas accounting software
