In your next role you will form part of a major game management team in advising, strategizing and optimizing the economy of one of the top‑grossing games in the genre. You will also play a crucial role in developing the overall game economy strategy and vision at Product Madness. What You’ll Do Assist the teams responsible for product development, game operations, and data management by accurately understanding the game economy to drive growth and improve player happiness. Create and test high‑level strategies for pricing of all purchasable items and collectibles, and balance the economy of the game. Explore player segmentation based on behavior and motivation theory, and recommend new and useful segments for our game operations and feature design. Define and help build simulations and predictive models to forecast the results of changes and balancing of content, for optimal player experience. Increase the level of insights in the game economy within the teams. Implement game economy guidelines and promote knowledge sharing across the company, collaborating with other Game Economy Managers to develop this knowledge base. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience working in the field of game economy. Good understanding of behavioural economics and motivational theories. Experience in predictive analytics, segmentation, and related areas. A proven understanding of SQL. Solid grasp of numerical simulation methods (e.g., Monte‑Carlo, Metropolis‑Hastings) is beneficial. Intermediate Python or R is an advantage. Great personal communication skills. Ability to work with ambiguity. Highly curious problem solver. Collaborator leadership skills. Ability to switch context quickly. Why Product Madness?
