Key Responsibilities
• Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts
• Manage IP litigation and collaborate with external counsel

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor and active bar admission
• 6+ years of legal experience in tech
• Strong knowledge of ad tech and emerging channels
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
