The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company. Key Responsibilities Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits. Skills / Qualifications Required Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: Preferred Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role A business or otherwise related academic major A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
