Responsibilities Sell and provide advice on life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products. Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed; establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources; help target and analyze high‑potential member/client files. Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals. Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. A minimum of four years of relevant experience. Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered. Mutual fund personnel insurance – Autorité des marchés financiers.
