This executive-level role requires a visionary leader who can bridge technical complexity with business strategy while driving innovation across international markets.The successful candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy development through launch and optimization, while managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. This position reports directly to the VP of Guest Support and requires someone who can translate complex platform requirements into clear product strategies that deliver measurable business value.Core ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global product strategy for PaaS platforms that aligns with company objectives, market dynamics, and emerging technology trendsDevelop compelling product vision for Agentic AI capabilities that transforms Guest workflows and creates competitive differentiationEstablish and communicate strategic roadmaps spanning 12-36 months that balance innovation with technical feasibilityLead quarterly planning sessions and assign objectives to product teams across regionsMake strategic build-vs-buy decisions for platform capabilities and third-party integrations for Agentic AIOversee development and enhancement of Salesforce-based platform products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience CloudDesign and manage API product lifecycle, defining standards, versioning strategies, and developer experience guidelinesEnsure platform scalability, reliability, and security meet enterprise-grade requirementsPartner with engineering leadership on platform architecture decisions for distributed systems, data management, and integration frameworksDrive platform adoption metrics including API usage patterns, developer engagement, and internal customer satisfactionAgentic AI Product DevelopmentChampion development of autonomous AI agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and coordinated action across business processesPartner with technology to establish evaluation frameworks and production monitoring systems for non-deterministic AI behaviorsDesign knowledge infrastructure that codifies subject matter expertise into repeatable, scalable agent capabilitiesImplement responsible AI practices addressing ethics, bias detection, transparency, and governanceDefine success metrics for AI-driven features that balance automation efficiency with human oversight requirementsCross-Functional Collaboration & LeadershipLead and mentor a team of 8-10 product managers and 2 group product managersFoster market opportunities for Agentic AI expansionQualificationsEducationBachelor\'s degree requiredin Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or related technical fieldMBA or
