ResponsibilitiesOrganize and coordinate assigned CORE client account work in a timely, efficient, and profitable manner.Coordinate work with the Operations team, Management Team, Commercial team, and other pertinent employees.Provide technical consulting service to clients. Assess data and insights to drive client programs, growth, and provide thought leadership.Follow up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide program level technical support to auditors.Maintain up to date knowledge of regulations, industry best practices and program procedures. Utilize that knowledge to develop new business with clients.Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.QualificationsUniversity Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Science or a related discipline plus generally three years of directly related experience.Working knowledge of government agencies and regulations as they apply, such as the FDA, Food Code, USDA, etc.Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Access, e-mail and other company Software programs (i.e. CP_Site, LIMS, Advantage, Salesforce, Ideagen, etc)Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients. Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.This is a hybrid position based out of our Montreal location.What we offer:Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-$62,000 CAD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
