Role Description
The Partner role at Treegrove Investment Management Inc. is a full-time, remote position focused on leading client relationships, shaping firm strategy, and contributing to investment decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing discretionary portfolio management, delivering financial planning advice, and meeting with clients to review performance, goals, and risk tolerance. The Partner will collaborate on developing and implementing investment strategies, overseeing research and due diligence on securities and managers, and ensuring that portfolios remain aligned with client objectives. The role also involves supporting business development, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client service models.

- Demonstrated experience in discretionary portfolio management and financial planning for high net worth clients, charities, or foundations.
- Strong analytical skills in investment research, asset allocation, and risk management, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships, including clear communication of strategies, performance, and recommendations.
- Background in business development or practice growth, with comfort in networking and representing the firm to prospective clients and partners.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for registered investment firms and fiduciary standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced credentials such as CFA, CFP, or similar designations are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with other firm leaders.
- High level of integrity, professional judgment, and commitment to client-centric, long-term investing and planning.
