Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.ResponsibilitiesCollect biological samples (blood, urine, etc.) with precision and care.Data collection (body weight, food consumption, clinical signs, etc.).Administer injections (subcutaneous, intramuscular) following strict protocols.Handle and restrain animals safely and humanely.Maintain clean and compliant animal rooms.QualificationsMinimum a College Diploma in Animal Health, Bioecology or any related Animal Science discipline;Relevant experience with injections and or blood collection on animal;Good observation skills and attention to detail;Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform tasks requiring walking, standing, and stooping.Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company.Role Specific InformationLocation: 445 Boul. Opportunity to start at higher level and higher salary with specific research experience;Premiums: Weekends ($2.75), Overtime (time and a half), Holidays (double time);Annual bonus based on performance;Schedule: Flexible schedule, the candidate must be available during the day, evenings and weekends.
