Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and chat conversations
• Take a consultative approach to patients’ needs
• Book and confirm appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and interactions
• Meet individual booking and follow-up targets
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 6+ months of customer service experience
• Fluency in English and French (Spanish is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Comfort with technology and multiple applications
