Serve personal lines clients as a Customer Service Professional at Duliban Insurance in Dunnville, Ontario, using communication and insurance expertise.
This permanent, full-time position reports to the Personal Lines Service Manager. You will manage policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, coverage quotes, and documentation. The work requires professionalism, integrity, organization, and accurate follow-up while supporting clients by phone, digitally, or in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service and resolve client discrepancies respectfully
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries
- Review policies and recommend coverages based on client needs
- Assist claims reporting and liaise with insurance carriers
- Oversee PAL, Hagerty, and Elite specialty policies
Requirements:
- Minimum two years personal lines insurance experience
- Valid RIBO license in good standing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking abilities
- Availability for rotating Saturday shifts
