This multifaceted retail leadership role combines sales strategy, daily operations, creativity, and people management. You will oversee store routines, staffing, product knowledge, visual displays, and team development. The position supports brand representation, company culture, and efficient omnichannel fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business reporting to inform sales decisions
- Supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations
- Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll operations
- Build visual displays and provide styling recommendations
- Fulfill omnichannel orders and operate point of sale systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or one year supervisory experience
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Confidence, initiative, and detail orientation
