Supervise RONA’s front-end teams while applying strong communication and problem-solving skills to support exceptional customer service. This position requires retail experience and team supervision.
As Head Cashier, you will oversee front-end service standards, register coverage, and store supply usage. You will assist customers, address issues, and help deliver positive visits. The position also includes training associates and promoting company programs, including Pro, RPP, financing, surveys, and fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-end staff and maintain service standards
- Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
- Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Train associates and promote company programs
Requirements:
- One year of retail experience
- One year of team supervision experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
